I am currently a nanny full time, so I can only offer date night and occasional here and there care. I was in a mentor program in 5th grade (10 years old), where I spent time with a 1st grader (6 years old). I also volunteered at an after school program at an elementary school when I was in 11th grade (17 years old). I started officially baby sitting when I was 11 years old. I have been baby sitting since then, for family friends. I have cared for boys, girls, infants, children, and preteens. I am certified by the American Heart Association in infant and child CPR and first aid, and I am currently in the midst of finishing my CDA, Child Development Associate Credential which is a nationally recognized entry level credential in the field of Early Childhood Education. It is issued by the Council for Professional Recognition. The CDA is designed for those individuals who are working with young children in all settings. I wish one day to open and operate my own Daycare facility.
