About Mikala

Hello! I'm Mikala, I am 28 years old and I am currently a part time nanny. I have 3 years of experience working with children. My professional childcare experience started with becoming the lead Infant & Toddler Teacher at a private daycare which I worked at for 2 years. My classroom held 10 students ages 6 weeks and 36 months. My more recent experience has been working as private nanny. I started working with one family full time until they moved now I am with a new family part time. I picked this career path because I simply love children, it brings me joy to help them learn and watch them grow, and the silly fun messy playtimes are always a plus! On a more personal level, I am very family oriented, I have been blessed with a beautiful family. My hobbies include swimming, baking, and making arts and crafts with my two boys. I love the outdoors, when the weather permits I like to stay active by going for nature walks. I am a huge animals lover of all kinds!
