If I could give Michelle more than 5 stars I would. I have had four long term nannies and Michelle stands out above the rest. She is completely reliable, responsible, efficient, a "rule follower" to a T. At the same time she is fun and loves to do crafty activities, walks etc. She has tons of experience with all young ages - was a lead teacher at a top preschool for years. She is able to handle lots of kids - she was our pandemic "bubble" sitter - would bring her own kids and watch my older kid and my baby, so we are now like family. The only reason we had to move on is that she had a baby herself so it would have been too much for even for this superwoman. Run, do not walk, to hire Michelle :)
