I love teaching and exploring nature, oil painting, cooking and volunteering my extra time to those in need through various programs such as women's shelters and animal sanctuaries. I have extensive experience in family assistant and household management positions as well as nanny/caregiver positions. I have worked with many different diagnoses such as cerebral palsy, MS, ALS, congenital muscular dystrophy, dementia, Down syndrome and more. I have 4 years experience as a CNA, although my license is not currently active. I am First Aid, CPR and AED certified! You will find that I am reliable, easy going and consistent. Michelle worked for us for over a year and she became part of our family. She is kind, caring, thoughtful, and reliable. She helped immensely with our boys getting them on a consistent daily schedule and helping them learn to eat new foods and explore the world. She was outstanding with our baby and helped from the newborn to toddler stage. I would hire Michelle again in a heartbeat and the only reason she's not working for us now is because she had to move to be closer to her family.
