Hello! My name is Michelle and I am a 27-year-old professional living and working in Richmond. I am from Ireland and moved to the US in 2021. I have a masters in human resource management and work in HR for an accountancy firm here in Richmond. I moved to Richmond in the summer after my boyfriend who is in the military got stationed here in VA. I am very flexible and available most evenings and weekends to do date nights or anytime on the weekend. I know all the families I worked for would happily provide references, so please let me know. I have minded babies from as young as 6 months right up to the ages of 11. I have also cared for an autistic boy when I lived in Ireland (can also provide a reference from his mother). We loved Michelle! She is so responsive, punctual, easy to talk to and so flexible. Would absolutely hire her again. Wish we lived in town to make her our regular sitter for our little one.
