About Michayla

Hi, I'm Michayla! A few words I would use to describe myself are dedicated, kind, and calm. I have worked in a daycare supervising 3-year-olds and I also have one year of experience now working at a Montessori school in Amarillo (ages 3-5). I am very comfortable and confident working with this age group. I have had previous babysitting experience with children as young as 1 and as old as 10. I enjoy working with children because it's much more personal than working in other environments. I enjoy getting to know children and their families - being allowed into someone's life to care for them is a gift! In my spare time, I like to read, write, listen to music, and spend time with my friends.
