Elizabeth has worked as the full-time nanny for our twins for the past two years since they were six months old. We could not be happier having hired her or more satisfied with her work, and we are so pleased she is a part of our twins' lives. We knew from the her first interview that she was an expert, with years of personal and professional experience with small children. Importantly, she immediately approached our twins not just with kindness but with a joy of someone who loves kids. Our conversations with her past employers confirmed our impression of her as kind and fun-loving. Now after two years we can say unreservedly just how wonderful a person and employee she has been. She is almost always early, almost never sick, and has adapted without hesitation to the ever changing needs of our family, with two growing toddlers and two professional dads. We leave every day for work knowing that our children are as loved and as cared for as if we were at home.
