Melissa worked with our family for a little over a year and I can’t rave enough about how impactful she was to our household. Our son was 14 months when we hired Melissa, she came to work daily with a beaming smile, a list of fun interaction ideas and a heart full of love. We really appreciated how much Melissa engaged our son, practiced empathy and patience and strived to expand his horizons. Melissa is extremely reliable and an exceptional communicator. She takes feedback enthusiastically and is continually striving to improve. We have a rather demanding large dog that Melissa was exceptional with. Melissa doesn’t sit idle well so when kids were napping or gone for the day Melissa eagerly kept herself busy tidying up or prepare projects. Melissa will be dearly missed
