Trust, safety, and communication are core priorities. Trust- that I am doing the best I can as a care provider and am being honest at all times. Safety- so we can have a comfortable and an environment that fosters growth, protection, and peace of mind. Communication- bringing clarity, and understanding in a positive way. Professionalism and boundaries need to be observed and adhered to. I will render the best service possible in exchange for fair, regular payment and reciprocal trust, safety, and communication. I started working with kids on my own when I was 11 years old as a babysitter. Four years ago I had my own daughter who has special dietary needs of her own and have learned to be an advocate for her best interests. I enjoy working with kids because each one is different and there's so much possibly for them as they constantly learn and grow. One thing I have learned through all my experience is that care needs to be individualized.
