Hello! I have been a childcare provider, both in daycare and home settings for over 20 years. My experience includes 24 years of hands-on experience in childcare and education, knowledge of age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development, the ability to work, communicate, and coordinate with parents in order to problem solve and nurture consistent expectations, and the understanding that each child has individual needs and personalities that demand a unique interaction and learning style.
