Hello! I'm a new mom and registered nurse looking to see if a family out there might be interested in some in home care for 1 or 2 children. I have been a registered nurse at UIHC for 2 years now with a focus in family medicine. I'm also in my third of four years of earning my doctorate of nursing degree to be a nurse practitioner. My husband and I live in Coralville and recently had our first baby in October 2023. I'm schedule to go back to work as a nurse in January but am finding it especially difficult to give up the daily care of our new son. If we can find a family who needs care for their littles, I'd love to bring our son along. We could offer care in our home or travel to yours. I am asking for a competitive rate due to my qualifications and college degree. Additionally, I nannied consistently for a family of 4 during my undergraduate studies who could be a reference. I love newborns on through adolescence. Active play, trips to the park or lessons are in my wheelhouse!
