Martha is honest, hard-working, and patient. She is a strong communicator and logged all of our daughter's activities each day for us. While she has a lot of experience with children, she follows the parents' wishes and only provides her perspective when asked. I did find that she has valuable advice to provide when I ask her for her suggestions. Martha is warm and caring. Our daughter loves Martha and has so much fun with her. Martha makes sure that our daughter has a good balance of activities.
