My youngest is a Nanny and talks about how wonderful it is all the time. She has brought over the little ones she's cared for and its so rewarding to be able to look over and care for kids. I love to come prepared with an age appropriate craft and activity for the kids! I love to read, sing and dance with little ones. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jo. She watched my 2 boys (4 and 2 years old) one day a week for the past year. Jo was constantly interacting with the boys - playing games, singing, helping with puzzles, building forts...everything under the sun! My boys looked forward to her coming over not only because of the fun they had but she made it a point to bring something special for them - crafts, books baking, or treats. Jo also was great at getting the kids to clean up after themselves (with her leading the way) which was super helpful to have a clean house after working all day. My boys started back at school otherwise I would have continued long term with Jo. We plan to still have her help with date nights since we all love her so much.
