About Marissa

Hi! A little about me is that I am currently entering my first year of college, majoring in social work. I'm willing to put in the work. I worked as an assistant teacher my junior and senior year of high school. I worked with toddlers and school age children the most. I am CPR and Fist Aid certified by both the American Hearts Association and by HSI. I have my CDA and I also have experience working with children who have autism. One of my school age children, a 3rd grader, has autism and my 2-year-old nephew has it as well. He is also mute so I can adapt to help your child to the best of my abilities. I will be honest and say that I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease back in December and I do have appointments frequently so I will have to take once a month off for said appointments. Maybe twice a month at most. But I hope that doesn't affect your opinion about me!
