As an LVN, Nanny and caregiverI provide care for families and assist with the following Responsibilities: Implement routines that maintain a person's health, comfort, and well-being. Help elderly or disabled individuals with their activities of daily living, such as dressing, grooming, eating, and bathing. Inform the patient's family members about the patient's progress also, guidance and support to patients' families. Assist patients in living independently or with a reduced amount of help. Meal preparation, grocery shopping, and focus on dietary needs. Record and report changes in patient's condition to family. Assist patients in managing their medication.
