I have over 20yrs of exp. w/ children (newborn to 10yrs), as well as raising my own. As a result, I treat every child as if they were mine; giving ample love & care. As an employee I'm reliable & trustworthy, important traits when entrusting your home & family. Main responsibilities: provide love, attention, protection, & guidance because they are fundamental in a child s development. I find being a nanny fulfilling because I love children. As a mom/grandma I partake in the joy of seeing a child grow. I enjoy sharing those special moments: hearing a child say their 1st word, take their 1st steps, read them their first book, & even that dreaded 1st day of school. That is one of the privileges of being a babysitter. Also a perk is the fact that this job never gets old, as it requires lots of creativity to keep a child active & happy.
