Margie is a godsend. She's so perfect for our needs and our daughter loves her so much. We hired Margie for 2.5 months to help us transition from my maternity leave to hybrid work. In that time our daughter grew from 3.5 months to about 6 months old. She cares for our daughter (our 2nd child) in our home while our older son is at preschool. Margie is always punctual and if she can't come on a specific day, she lets us know well in advance. Margie is such a big help! She reads lots, sings songs, gives baths, and plays peek a boo type games. She even helps with bottles; making bottles, washing bottles, and my pump gear. Margie brings her own lunch daily and keeps a detailed log of our daughter's activities. We are a bit sad that our time together is coming to an end as our daughter will start at a home daycare (that feeds into the same preschool our son's at) in the new year. We care deeply about Margie & hope she finds another family who will value & respect her as we have.
