We hired Maggie as a full time nanny and she provided safe care for our child. There were times she called out sick and left work in the middle of the day due to continued issues with her dog. She had 2 basic baby related chores (i.e. change the sheet in the crib and fold and put away the baby clothes) that she routinely didn't do or didn't do well. We overlooked this because we thought we were in a good place with her. She told us she was happy here and we routinely made accommodations for her, such as allowing her to bring her dog to work. She then texted us to let us know that she found a new family shortly after she called out sick. She never came back in after she called out sick. We were very hopeful as childcare is hard to come by and overlooked her faults, but we so very disappointed by her lack of professionalism in the end.
