I've known Madeleine to be a very dependable, attentive, and reliable caretaker. She is amazing with children of all ages, having volunteered her time interacting with sick children at a children's hospital. She is warm, affable, and fun to be around. She has an extremely caring personality, and always finds a way of getting things done. Would definitely use her for any child care needs.
