Highly recommended. Luisa has been taking care of our twins for several years and has been wonderfully caring and reassuringly professional throughout. Reliable - never late and she only missed a few day over the past years, and even they were planned well in advance (I only wish my office staff were as dedicated!). Trustworthy - we interviewed several nannies at the beginning and had several try out for several weeks. they were all great, however, Luisa stood out from them all...our twins were so happy and comfortable with Luisa all the time. Considerate - wonderfully pleasant to share time with (as an adult) and always going the extra mile in helping out in the household. Professional - as first time parents, Luisa was wonderfully reassuring in her helping us establish a routine and overall child rearing plan, all the while understanding that different families have different parenting styles and priorities... never judgmental, always supportive. Flexible - with my extensive business travel, Luisa was always available to work long hours and help out my wife late into the evening during the days I was away from home. We were very lucky to have found Luisa to help take care of our twins.
