My Mom is under hospice care at home and we needed an aide to help out with personal care and companionship. We found a true gem with Lorraine. She is thoughtful, caring, compassionate, trustworthy and genuine. Always on time and flexible with reasonable schedule changes. Lorraine is friendly and easy to talk to. She goes above and beyond what is asked of her. I recommend Lorraine so highly that there are not enough stars available on this app. We could never thank her enough for providing some light for my family during this dark time. A very special person indeed.
