About Lisa

I'd describe my personality as positive, caring, and helpful. I like working with kids because of their energy and their unique outlook on life. Childhood is a very special time and all children deserve love and the opportunity to be their best selves. I'm looking for a job that will allow me to help families. I worked from home throughout my my daughter's first year. I hired in-home caretaking for my baby during that time, and would like to provide similar services to other parents. I started working with kids after graduating from college. I have taught students at all grade levels, K-12, as a teacher, substitute, or permanent substitute. Outside of school, I have cared for many young children in my family, as well as colleagues' and friends' children, with ages ranging from newborn to 12 years old. Additionally, I have been a stay-at-home mom since 2018. In my spare time, I like to attend church, visit family and friends, and go on family adventures.
