I have been working as a family assistant for over 17 years also working as a night nurse with newborn. With my experience I have learned how fun working with all kind smart, curious, funny, challenging and special need kids. They have their own personality. I believe kids need patience fun, love and discipline. I believe a nanny can make such a difference on their lives like teach them how to stand up for themselves respect others also teach them they can make better choices. I have been work over 4 years with each family some 13 years. I'm a reliable , patient , fun and respectful. I can teach them second language what can be very helpful at school once Portuguese and Spanish are very similar. I go out of my way to make a kid happy! I love to bake and most of them also enjoy. Lilian, or Nini as well call her, has been with our family for almost 3 years and joined us when our first daughter was 4 months old. We have been extremely lucky to have Nini in our lives. We moved from CA to NY while Nini was with us and Nini offered to help with the transition to NY. Nini is very respectful and the transition went so well that we asked her to move in with us in NY. We trust Nini completely with our two children (1 and 3 years), and her flexibility made our lives much easier given our demanding work schedules. Nini cared for our children as if they were her own. She goes above and beyond the typical responsibilities to ensure children feel loved and supported. She is engaging, social, and truly enjoys her time with the children. We are very sad to see Nini go, but she is moving back to her home in CA. We love Nini and are so thankful for everything she has done for our family. We recommend Nini at the highest level for her new lucky family, and are happy to discuss.
