Lexie is an amazing young woman. My family met her and immediately knew that she would be an excellent fit for our family. Her entire demeanor around children enables them to feel comfortable and appreciated. She engages our children (2,4,7&8yrs old) in different activities (swimming, biking, walks to the park, playing board games, reading) while we're out and I can trust that she will be both "fun and cool" (my daughters' words) but also not make compromises when it comes to safety and discipline. Along with her bubbly personality, her training as a teacher has been useful when it comes to helping my older children with their school work and on top of all of her good qualities, she is extremely kind! I often return home to find that she has not only made dinner for my children, but has proceeded to clean up and wash all of the dishes as well. Over the course of the last year, our family has gained not only a capable nanny for our children but a friend of the whole family.
