About Lex

Teaching and coaching are my passions, and being a mom is my biggest aspiration so babysitting seems right in between! I currently am a third-year elementary teacher and am wanting part-time (or one-time) babysitting/nannying and full-time starting Memorial Day. I love spending time with God, being outside, trying new things, reading books, being creative, being with my dogs, and spending time with friends, family, and my church. I'm a retired lifeguard and love teaching swim lessons. I am a certified K-6 teacher, and intervention specialist, and have been babysitting since I was 14 years old, so I'm always available to help teach/tutor as well. I've worked/volunteered with all ages and currently have a secondary job as a high school cheer coach and volunteer for youth at my church. Looking forward to meeting you and your blessings!:)

Lexi was always been our first choice in child care. From the first time we hired her to babysit, our kids were 1, 2 and 6 years old, she made a HUGE impact on not only our kids, but we as parents as well. She is such a sweet soul, genuinely joyful and so pleasant to be around. She's fun, creative, nurturing and ready to be an active participant in whatever activity the kids wanted to do. The kids still talk about their time with her, and it's been many years since she was local enough to be able to provide care for them. We miss her and to the next family that has the pleasure of allowing her presence in your kids lives, you will be forever grateful and she will leave a lasting impression on them for years to come.
