When I first met Leah she was amazing. I decided to hire her to nanny for my 3 kids, at first she was great. She works around her boyfriend's schedule which is really hard when you are a teacher. When I interviewed her I asked her if she was okay taking care of sick children, again I am a teacher and can't be off of work every time my kids get sick. she said she was OK with sick children. my baby got hand, foot and mouth and when she found out she asked to be off for 2 days until everyone was symptom free. When she finally came back to work, she seemed OK. But randomly out of nowhere she dropped my keys off on a Saturday and texted me that she was done and my stuff were by my door. I was so upset. she didn't talk to me or communicated, she just texted me. when you are employed you talk to your boss about things that might be bothering you. instead of talking she went about it in a immature way. my kids were devastated. they asked why she wasn't coming back. she is not dependable, she is great with kids but not so great with adults.
