We hired Leah to help our two children (6 and 10) manage virtual school while we were working. From our first communication, it was clear that Leah was responsible, an excellent communicator, caring and FUN! She is high energy but also perceptive. I was really impressed that she noticed right away that my daughter is a bit shy and mentioned that she didn't want her outgoing nature to be overwhelming to my daughter- and told me and my daughter to please let her know if she needed more quiet or more space. Leah made both of my children laugh and laugh but also made sure they were on top of their work. She navigated their two different schedules, preparing snacks/lunch and always cleaned up after herself. We had no concerns with Leah. If you are looking for someone responsive, responsible and fun- I would definitely recommend Leah!
