We hired Laurel as a Nanny for full-time care of our twin girls when they were about 4 months old and we highly recommend her! Laurel worked with us over the course of about two months to help us transition as I was ending maternity leave and returning to work. She is very professional, always on time, and did a great job caring for two babies at once! Laurel’s duties included quality infant care (including their daily routine) and other duties such as baby laundry and clean up. We also appreciated the ”extras” like organizing baby clothes, showing up early when she knew we would have busy day, helping to prep. the girls for when they started Daycare, etc.). It was clear that she enjoyed the girls and she also helped them with their development by being actively engaged with them. Laurel is a good communicator – we worked as a team to discuss the babies’ well-being, how their day went, and she would send us messages and videos of the girls throughout the day. We would hire her again and would recommend her to others as well!
