I am married with both of my children now adults, age 21 and 18. I am also my brother's guardian; as he has Downs Syndrome. I have worked in a Daycare setting (for 25+ years) mainly with preschool age children; but also with school-age children up to the age of 12. I have been a nanny the last few years with two different families. Infant on up to age 8 yrs old. I enjoy being with the children more one-on-one. I also enjoy being outdoors and am very athletic; as I am a runner. ( My family and I have ran together in many 5ks; 10ks; and even (half) marathons.) I have a huge heart for animals; as I have cats and dogs of my own. Reading books; walking; and running are some of my hobbies. I am a person who likes to keep busy.
