About Lara

Hello, my name is Lara and I am 31 years old. I have over nine years of experience in childcare. I have worked with children aged four months to 16 years old. I have worked with children in various settings and enjoy providing a safe environment where they can learn and grow. For five years I worked with children with autism and gained the skills and knowledge to best assist children in developing and reaching milestones. For the past four years I've been a full time nanny and love working with families. I have experience teaching children language development, potty training, motor skills, social skills, and many other important life skills. I love working with children and believe my diverse experience and creativity allows me to adapt to any family. I love encouraging children to use their imagination and play outside. I believe every child deserves patience and compassion when learning and growing. In my free time I love hiking, bouldering, and hanging out with my puppy.
