About Kylie

Hi, my name is Kylie! I am a patient and reliable college graduate that loves to work in childcare. I have been a babysitter for 7 years now and a nanny for 4. I like to work with parents to create a flexible schedule that aids in the child's development and to give daily updates on your child's day, development, and progression. I believe in gentle parenting, respecting children as people, fostering a fun learning though play environment, and teaching children from a young age how to work through big emotions. I am a creative problem solver so I like to help parents with new and different ideas they haven't thought of and working to make sure the whole family is happy with the daily schedule and progress made. I have a reliable car, I'm comfortable with animals, and I'm a non-smoker. My experience and skills in childhood development will help me provide a safe, supervised experience for your children while allowing parents to relax knowing their child is safe, learning, and happy.
