Hello, I have many many years of experience in childcare and references to give if necessary. The family is my passion and I enjoy giving my love and attention to little ones while they grow and experience new things. I love the excitement and sense of accomplishment they show on their faces while accomplishing milestone events. I love being a part of their growing process and coaching them along. I am attentive, proactive, and fully engaged with the children I care for. I also like to be connected with the parents and keep communication lines open with them at all times. I like to know how I am doing and also communicate well how I feel the children are doing. I feel that communication is a key ingredient in working well as a team player.
