Extremely nice and welcoming. Kristie made us feel like a top priority while working with us and caring for our child, which we really love. The one on one approach and knowledge she had with child care and keeping them happy and relaxed was amazing, on top of caring for our dogs and cat as well. Quick communication, commitment to her work and understanding to anything that comes up. she honestly feels like one of the family and we most definitely will be coming back
