In taking care of my infant twins, Kris has been thoughtful, kind, and affectionate. He does an excellent job of encouraging the babies to explore their world through physical activities, songs, and books. I am always impressed by how he is always thinking of new ways to enrich their daily lives and learn about the world around them. As an employee, Kris is always punctual and communicates well with myself and my spouse. He sends us photos of the babies throughout the day and asks us for guidance on any issues that may arise. I have also been very pleased with how Kris takes feedback about changes we want in terms of how the babies are cared for. Also, in this time of COVID-19, Kris has been very good about social distancing when not at our house, and he wipes down all of his belongings, washes his hands, and changes his clothes when he arrives each day.
