Kelsie H. has been employed as our nanny since October of 2015. During that time, she has taken care of our now 2 year old and 8 year old boys. When she started, our youngest was 10 months. He was not an easy baby. She caring and effectively helped us with sleep training. She quickly got him on a regular nap schedule. He is a spirited toddler. He has a lot of energy and Kelsie keeps him busy all day long. She teaches him words, numbers, alphabet, shapes, colors. My oldest son is 8 years old. She does drop off and pick up to school. She takes him to swim lessons and any other after school activities that we have him signed up for, with the toddler in tow. She has him complete his homework before going out to play with his friends or having any screen time. She is responsible and punctual. She takes care of meal prep during the day for the boys. She helps me with chores around the house. She has made my life as a working mom so much easier.
