Applied, spoke on the phone at length, and I asked if she could be a frequent babysitter and if interested, she said yes and I invited her over to meet the kids on Saturday before officially started, she agreed and then totally ghosted us. No text, call, no show. Maybe it was emergency or maybe she changed her mind but I’m really disappointed that she wasted our time. At least let someone know.
