About Kelley

Kelley was employed by my husband and I from January - March. She was punctual and this is the extent of pleasantness as far as our experience with Kelley is concerned. Kelley has limited mobility due to her injured knee and is extremely lacking in attention to detail. Kelley once mistook coffee creamer for formula and proceeded to feed my baby approximately 7 ounces of sweetened coffee creamer. Understanding her limitations in mobility, Kelley chose to step over a baby barrier (instead of utilizing the door that she stepped over), fell, and caused injury to herself. The final straw occurred today when Kelley broke a glass baby bottle and left it on the baby's bottle drying rack, unaware that she had broken the bottle, or where the broken glass was. Furthermore, minor adjustments to our child's day-to-day were incredibly difficult for Kelley to handle, and she became visibly upset when my husband and I made decisions about our child's feeding schedule without consulting her. For days Kelley behaved as a petulant child in response to not being included in decision processes as it relates to our baby. I would not recommend Kelley to care for any child as she has proven herself unfit.
