About Kayli

Hello! I have a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (behavioral therapy), as well as two Bachelors; one in Education Sciences and the second in Psychology & Social Behavior. As I thoroughly enjoy working with children, I was a behavior therapist with clinical experience doing one on one sessions with young children with autism for several years. I helped many of them reach important milestones through natural environment teaching and play-based therapy! As a lead preschool teacher for a class of 18 - 24 month year olds, I use to design the curriculum, learning activities, and crafts/sensory for my class every week. Lastly, as a nanny for several different amazing families, I have had the privilege to take care of little one's through a gentle parenting/Montessori approach.
