Kayla was amazing with our 2.5-year-old. She watched him while we worked from home for two weeks and came armed with toys and awesome plans for them each day, exploring nearby parks, libraries, etc. She navigated a couple of days of the house being a zoo with visiting relatives and fed him and got him down for his naps more successfully than we ever managed to. Our son was SO excited every time Kayla came over, and we didn't hear a peep from them the whole time. Even if we came downstairs, he pretty much ignored us because he was having so much fun with Kayla. And she was super reliable, showing up each and every day and always on time, and very responsive to our requests and communications. We really lucked out!
