About Kayla

I enjoy working with the elderly. My mother is a nurse and worked at a nursing home when I was growing up. I spent a lot of time there and always enjoyed "helping mom" I have always had a caring heart. This was a major part of my motivation in enrolling in nursing school and pursuing what I do best, taking care of others. I had the pleasure of caring for my grandparents and great grandparents who have since passed. I have experience in a hospital setting as well as an assisted living/memory care setting a long with experience with med passing, and caring for dementia patients as well. As a kid I always told my family one day I was going to grow up, have a farm, and raise a bunch of animals and save all the strays I ever found. I have a special place in my heart for animals. I enjoy taking walks and playing with animals as well as making them feel safe and comfortable.
