About Kaya

Hi! My name is Kaya. I have a very uplifting, creative, outgoing, and caring personality! I've always had a passion for working with kids. Kids experience the world with such joy and innocence and have many unique personalities that bring happiness to the world. I love the bonds you build with children, and being able to have an impact on their lives. For a job, I'm looking for a family that I can connect with. It's important to me to have a relationship with both the parents and children. Trust and communication are two important factors that will be applied in a home I'm placed in. I started working with children a few years ago. I have experience babysitting my little cousins, ages 2 to 11. I also have experience in a classroom. I had the amazing opportunity to aide/teach in a kindergarten classroom for about 3 years. I'm currently an elementary education major working towards getting my degree. My top three child care skills would be communication, patience, and management.
