I have a plethora of experience working with kids both professionally & through non-profit/community based areas. I have a background in Theatre & have directed kids in local community productions & more. When it comes to special needs I have the most experience with Down Syndrome, Autism (all severities) & other cognitive impairments. Looking for a part time position or more. I am also on the board of a local preschool and oversee parent volunteers. I look forward to chatting more!

Katie immediately had a way of making my family feel comfortable in our transition starting with a full time nanny. She is trustworthy, reliable, flexible and surprised us by how calmly she handles stressful moments. Her patience is exceptional! Her creativity is an asset and she has been friendly and warm to be around. We have never had a nanny before, so going into this new season I had zero expectations and lots of fears. Katie has been in constant communication and takes initiative with household tasks and child caring. It feels like she has become part of our family.
