About Katia

I am a fresh (well, almost 4 years now) transplant to Golden, CO. I have a degree in English, with a focus in writing, and a TEFL/TESOL certification. I spent the years since graduating traveling and working both abroad and in the Chicago area. I worked abroad as a waitress, nanny, gardener, laborer, and teacher. I have spent most of my life as a swim teacher and lifeguard and am Red Cross certified in CPR, First Aid, and Life guarding. I have also worked as a tutor and nanny since age 15 and am willing to do educational as well as sports activities and I love working with children. I am currently working from home as an office manager and preparing to pursue a masters degree in the future, or buy a house. We will see :)
