Hello! I am a 28-year-old elementary school music teacher in the Dayton area. In addition to teaching music, I also tutor reading. I have been employed at a day care for 5 years and a full-time summer nanny for 5 years. I have been babysitting since age 14 and I am certified by the Red Cross to give CPR and administer First Aid, including an AED. I also have certifications in concussion and sudden cardiac arrest treatment. I update my credentials yearly. I love to be active and love encouraging children to learn as well! I am very comfortable with pets, as I've had several of my own in recent years. I'm looking forward to hearing from you and meeting your family!

Kathy has babysat for my kids on multiple occasions. I've known Kathy since she was in middle school, so it was always nice to feel secure in who I was leaving my kids with as I went out. I never had to worry when Kathy was babysitting. Routines that I laid out were followed without issues. Not only were my kids well taken care of, but Kathy always went above and beyond to interact with the kids. I've come home to a driveway full of sidewalk chalk designs or have come home to hear laughter from the basement as she was playing video games with them. In a time where many young adults are caught up in their phone, Kathy proved that my kids were her priority.
