We had last minute plans and Kathleen reached out and due to some unforeseen things that she did not know about she could not take the job however she reached back out and mentioned that since it's a holiday and and it being a last minute need that she was willing to work some things out to be able to watch our kiddos. I love that she went above and beyond and made things work for us and even though we didn't use her because we ended up having somebody come through that my boys knew she still stood out as being very dependable and absolutely caring and definitely would hire her
