About Katharine

am a special education teacher. I taught until I had my family and became stay at home mom. My teaching experience was mainly in early intervention infants and toddlers, and middle school. I stopped teaching because I did not have childcare that I felt comfortable with. My son is now grown and I am ready to go back to work. I decided that I would like to help out families in need of trustworthy, loving childcare. I enjoy reading, music, pretending, exploring, and having fun. I'm have a lot of experience with babies ( I am a mom, it is age group I worked with while teaching, and I have have done childcare for infants many times). I am very patient, and loving. I was also a lifeguard for many years so I have experience with first aid and CPR. I am CPR and first aid certified. Your Children will always feel safe and loved, and will have all of my attention all of the time. I have a personal understanding of the concerns of a parent dealing with childcare.
