Hello! I have been a nanny for about 2 years with the same family. When I first started working with the Weishaars, they had 2 foster children. The girl was 4 and the boy was 18 months. I worked with the foster kids for about 6 months and then the Weishaars became pregnant with twin boys! The foster kids were then re-homed and I became the nanny for the twins after they were born. I have loved working with kids since my first nephew was born in 2015. I now have 4 nephews and 2 nieces that I care for quite often. Their ages range from 2-11 so I have experience with all sorts of ages and caring for multiple children at a time!

Katelyn has worked for our family for 6 months caring for two children. Our children have had several difficult behaviors we have been working through and Katelyn has done an excellent job of working with us to improve those behaviors while continuing to demonstrate love and kindness toward them. She does fun activities with the kids, laughs and plays with them, enforces our home rules, and gives us regular updates to communicate important daily events or changes. She is always on time and communicates very well when she is sick or out so that we have plenty of time to find backup. She has been extremely flexible with our changing work hours and has never complained about adjusting her schedule to help us out. She goes an extra step to clean up extra dishes and run the kids' laundry outside of the duties we specifically asked. Katelyn has been a blessing to our family!
