could probably summarize this review in two words: "Hire Her". Seriously, you won't regret it. My wife (a physician) and I (a software engineer) both have challenging jobs that have pulled us away from our friends and family. Last year, we hired Karlynne as day-time nanny to help with child care for our young daughter. She has all of the traits that you want in someone looking after your children, pets, or house - kind, loving, trustworthy. Our daughter is always in a great mood around Karlynne and expresses tons of excitement whenever Karlynne arrives. Heck, she's even helped us train and improve the temperament of our two little dogs (way less barking now). Beyond day-time nannying, we've hired her for evenings and overnight/weekends care on the occasion that my wife and I take a kids-free trip. Outside of immediate family, she's the only person we've trusted to leave our daughter and dogs with when we take weekend ski trips (4+ hour drive, staying in a place without cell service). She's always flexible, accommodating, and punctual. She strikes a great balance of understanding our needs while filling in the gaps without direction. We often come home to a vacuumed house, clean kitchen, empty dishwasher, and clean laundry - always a wonderful surprise.
