Hello Families, My name is Karen, but everyone calls me Shay. I am from Trinidad and Tobago, but I moved to the USA several years ago. I am mother of 2 girls ( one in high school and one in college) and happily married. I have been working as a nanny for about 20 years, and I have always had an awesome relationship with the kids and the families I have worked for. I am very punctual and outgoing. I also have several references from the families I have worked for. I am an easy going person, and I love to be outside as much as possible. I create an educational environment for the children, and I enjoy making crafts with them. During the winter I try to go to museums, libraries, play spaces among others. Karen is an amazing nanny!! She is very professional, experienced, punctual, and caring. I consider ourselves lucky to have her as our nanny. She loved my son like her own child. My son cried when she was leaving at the end of the day and he kept asking for Karen on her days off. We trusted Karen 100% and never had to worry about anything when my son was with her. She is excellent regarding baby safety inside and outside the house and we learned a lot from her as first time parents. She is a very energetic and joyful person and always goes above and beyond. She is a super star and I would recommend her very strongly.
