About Karen

Hello! My name is Karen. I am 30 years old, bilingual and have an Associate of Science in Physics from Jefferson State. My experience with kids started at a young age with my niece and nephew as babies, they are 17 and 25 years old now. Then, I was a baby sitter on as needed basis for family friends, as well as being in charge of taking a 4 and 7-year-old boys to their after school activities and helping with homework for a family in Chelsea a few years back. After that, I was a part-time nanny to a then 6-year-old girl and 3-year-old boy, I was with them 4 years. I occasionally helped with homework, took them to activities, and picked them up from car pool. I also cleaned and helped with laundry for the family. As of now, twice a week in the early mornings I help a 11 and 9-year-old girls get ready and going for school, afterwards I help with laundry, and every now and then cooking and groceries, I have been with them 5 years. I am also comfortable with pets, since I have my own!
